Stuck in the ground.

I was going down a rope into a cave and there was a bit of lag while going down, and I slid through the ground, and now I'm stuck beneath the ground in a crawlspace and can't get out whatsoever. I've tried jumping, swinging a weapon, going up any sloped rocks, reloading and relogging (it's a multiplayer world), saving, sleeping, even trying to have my friend place a chair or bench in the cave so I can get unstuck, but nothing is working. We have a lot on this world and I don't exactly care to start a new world, so I'm hoping there's a way to get out.
If anyone has any tips or anything at all, that would be super greatly appreciated.

you could try go to the main menu, enable the command console (by typing " developermodeon "), then go back in game, and teleport to safety (by typing " goto {and then type some XYZ co-ordinates here} ") here's a guide on the command console https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1087524589.

Sometime im stucking in the floor, or falling down under world. Mostly happening on to the cave situated in main cannibal villeage. We're on day 730+ and we've build tons of buildings in entire world. It seems to be "big world issue"
