That works only if patrols don't come nearby, then you get woken up to alert you of the danger. Some nights go by quietly, others are constant interruption.
Umm... yeah, but just hit Z again, and again. Eventually (it once took 4 hits on Z) you get o sleep and rest and strengthen your energy level.
Well, I cut logs and explore and build and cut logs and get food during the daylight and cut some logs fish and cut some more logs.... For excitement wait until you spot a group of mutants or chimpozoids and try to stalk them at any time of day or night. You will probably get killed at times, but I use that experience as an excuse for exploring whatever cave I wake up in. I would not, not, not go into a cave otherwise whether day or night.
