water bottles !!!

there should be water in the game allready Lads/DEVS , the many water bottles from the plane crash should be scattered around the plane an out in the bush an caves like the other things that are spread around and thats an easy way of geting water in the game ,an use the bottles to collect water in ! an a dehydration meter next to the energy an food meter

Agreed. There is plenty of alcohol already so this should be a simple addition and very realistic.

And please, please, do away with the tennis balls altogether. Nobody is likely to put a tennis ball in their case, not even a top tennis player so certainly not this many! :P

We had water drinking in our pre-alpha builds before the first public release, but haven’t yet found a way to make it not something annoying you have to do everyday. Since it rains often in the game, one idea we had was to have an idle drink rain water animation added to player, so every once in awhile if standing still whilst it’s raining player would cup his hands and drink.

It’s possible a more detailed water drinking system along with water collection will be added if we can find a fun way for it to work. As always we’re definitely open to suggestions for this and how it could work.

12. What uses do the small rocks and tennis balls currently have?

Tennis balls have no use yet! - there was a tennis team on the plane, you can find some of them in the large cannibal village. For Co-op mode we’re most excited about people being able to play catch on the beach, as the sun goes down behind them with the lurking threat of cannibals off in distance.
