Does G no longer drop items in hand?

Like the title says. I'm hitting G but I can't seem to drop anything. Am I missing something?

You can only drop the live bunnies that I can see... I'm okay with it, stops the eternal fish issue, but I can't drop my cannibal parts. I hate them laying around so I drop them off a cliff. But nope... stuck in there now, rotting away, eyeballs looking at me...

Yes, you can. I was carrying logs to take to the log holder and when it was full, I hit "G" and it dropped the logs right where I was standing. Before you load up the game tab over to input and make sure your key binding for drop is still "G".

No, it stopped working - except for logs. I noticed it too when trying to clean up body parts laying all over my camp and after selecting an item in inventory, I couldn't drop it. BTW, I originally had my "drop" bound to "F", so I went and assigned it back to "G". No difference. It broke in .07 apparently.

I was justy playing around with it and some items (like rabits) can be dropped with G but others (like legs) cannot.
