Report a translation problem
Construct one of the buildings that has anchor points. Now open the survival guide and go to the fifth page of the Custom Building chapter. Now select the climbing rope. A bunch of anchor icons should have appeared on your building, look at or near them until the game toggles the build selection. Click 'E', then apply a single rope. There is a minimum height for ropes, not sure what that is though, but I've built a gazebo on a strongly elevated platform and had no issues.
I think placing a platform with stairs beside your existing platform will solve that problem for you.
