Just went exploring in what i think is a new cave...

I found a wooden barrier with christian crosses nailed onto it, knocked it down, pretty much got to a dead end, but there was a rope going down into a hole, went down that rope and theres another rope going down another hole, go down that and i end up at the bottom of the cave, i find a cross with a sculpture of jesus nailed onto it, looks like something you'd see in any church, not home made or anything. Some music plays, my guy looks at it in the hand he usually holds his axe, it then disappears and isn't in my inventory or on the ground.

There are also a few skeletons in this part of the cave, very old, with strange looking equipment with them, one is sitting on the ground with his knees tucked in, reaching his arm out, the other is crueld up in the foetal position on the opposite side of the cave room. There is also a pond of water, it looks like we should be able to dive down into it and explore more, but you can't dive yet on The Forest. :(

Yup, that's new in cave 2. The strange looking equipment is scuba gear.

Ahh that's what it is, half of it was inside a rock when i saw it so couldn't really tell what it was. So you can dive into that water then...

Can't wait for diving to be added to The Forest haha.

Yeah, one can't dive yet, but obviously (well, maybe) at some point... I'm sure that pond will lead elsewhere. The caves really had some major revisions in 0.13 and getting much more creepy, which I hadn't thought so in the past.

BTW, did you notice that the guy with the scuba gear was pointing to the rocks on the right side of the pond? Go up there. I don't know if there will be movable rock "doors" (aka Indiana Jones), but there looks like an area there that has a door shape.
