Placing Climbing Ropes
I made a high platform, but can't place a rope to climb up to it. When I select the climbing rope blueprint, anchor symbols appear on the platform, but I can't place the blueprint. Please help. Thank you

Sometimes the placement is weird, You have to look around at the anchor at different angles, Eventually you should get an Icon!

I've also found that recently I'm completely unable to place a climbing rope on an platform anchor. It used to work properly but seems to be broken now.

Since this was a year old, I created a new post; however, I agree with you. I'm still having the same problem, but from the sinkhole.
