Infinite stamina

I have notice while I was watching some gamer play The Forest on Youtude, that alot of them never losse stamina when running. They have the same lost over time and with lack of foods. They also loose stamina hitting trees and in combat.

So my question is; Is there a way to set this feature on/off or it's a mods/hack? Because my Avatar loose alot of stamina running and If I have to fight wihle I'm heading somewhere, I never have enough stamina to attack and defend myself.

I assume they are actually losing stamina, but the "current" stamina (light blue) is bugged and sticking with the "max" stamina bar (dark blue). It's not known why this happens, but it's a very regular occurrence.

The devs constantly tweak what drains stamina and how much different actions drain it. It's one of those things that has had some vast changes, intentional or not, over the updates. Right now it drains pretty quick, but the video you were watching was probably one of the updates when it hardly went down at all.

Well it's possible, but im pretty sure they are in the same as I am (.21c). They also seem to be able to run far long than I can, that's wahy I wsa wondering. But It's ok lol. I was curious, because it bugged me alot not be able to run for long an then getting hit because I can't block.

I'll bet money that many of those who show movies of their game play use 'cheats' to set their stamina at max. Look for 'CheatEngine' info. There are mods that let you control most of the categories such as hunger, thirst, stamina, etc.. I learned to practice sprinting by setting a distance, sprinting to it, and then seeing how long it took to regain my energy. Also I set up a rest bench wherever I have time and wherever I tend to visit often. I even have a rest bench in 3 of the locations where I go for suitcase loot or lizards or deer.

But it's not my business since what other gamers do doesn't affect me in single player mode.

there is a problem with the stam use and how its working different thinkgs and not reacting correctly this update should take care of this today I am hoping
