I'm seeing everyone behind the first galley and before the rear of the wings surviving (mostly). Nearly everyone in the front and rear died.
Not to mention this was an entire plane that crashed as a whole piece...not a tail section that broke off mid-air. So according to what I'm seeing, the opening still doesn't make sense and doesn't fit anywhere near this plane crash example unless I'm missing something? :-s

Eh, it's just for fun. Some took it way too far for sure but I was just pointing out how ridiculous it is and more or less the unlikelihood of it all. Especially the whole tail section seemingly being able to fly someone level and stable despite it being, for all intents and purposes, impossible.
I agree someone could survive something like this, for sure, but that still doesn't make it any less crazy. Still doesn't explain the 120 passengers on an empty plane. ;-)
This is quite an intresting story,
as i remember hearing about this some years ago,
It is also quite a remarkable feat of what the human body can take.

Makes for some intresting reading.
But Still, to survive in the tail section when everybody else died, still a miracle,
And damn lucky i might add.
Cheers

Like, where did all the tents come from? How can there be so many cannibals on such a small island that they were able to kill a very large amount (based on the number of tents laying everywhere on the island) of crash survivors?
Nitpicking, sure, but like I said...maybe it'll all be explained later? At least, I hope so.
I guess in the end though it's better than Minecraft that just has you randomly spawn in the middle of nowhere out of thin air, eh?
TBH, Vaporization would not happen as the fuel in those planes are not in that section. The cockpit section should have exploded on impact. This entire argument is uterilly stupid. Its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ video game. On top of that its a 30 sec cutseen. This is about as bad as complaining that you were headless previously.
Does the cutseen need work. Probably. Does it need work atm? Probably not. They have more pressing matters atm.
I think you are whining over nothing. It is in alpha and the story will probably come later after the foundation to the game is built and tested. The cannibals are much stronger than a human. You would realize this if you played the game. You are also presuming that video games take place in the same universe as us. Who says physics cant change in other universes. Perhaps in the minecraft universe they know more about physics than we do and can teleport people to random islands.
Yes, you are nitpicking too much.
I was under the presumption that everyone survived and were killed by the cannibles. I was also under the presumption that you were knocked out for like a day after your son was taken. Which is why there are tents already set up.
Maybe they just havent included the models for the other passengers yet?
I agree, more passengers would probably heighten the sensation of survivor's guilt. Maybe if this were a placeholder animation/set piece there's going to be more people on the plane by the beta/final version, all the more traumatic to see people getting sucked out, torn from their seats. but i think the loneliness that is evoked by the kid being the only one in the back with you, like a red-eye flight should look, is what they were aiming for? i don't know.
also, you mentioned before that the women are topless. lots of tribal people don't where tops and America has a strange view of breasts (sexualizing them and such), but the Ken doll bottoms on the men seems a lot more tasteful. I mean, GTA V went a little overboard with that biz. at least boobs are somewhat aesthetically pleasing. male parts are ... bleh. it would be funny if the cannibals would get little war boners when they come at you, like old school warriors. certainly would make running from them all the more terrifying (and make you wonder what's happening to your unconscious body when they bring you back to the cave).
Really? Are we going to go with the "different physics" route now? Couldn't you just say that it's a "placeholder" like everyone else instead of coming up with something much more crazy?
All you're doing is making a ridiculous event seemingly more ridiculous. Either way, as with most people here, you seem to be getting too worked up and taking this way too seriously.
You couldn't even start this comment of yours without being insulting. I'll stop my "whining" now.
I have no problem with the topless women, it's common in tribes, i'm just saying that if you're going for realism then there should be male parts...(you take exception to them, i find them fascinating..cause im a girl....lol ) . GTA5 rocked, i loved Trevor..he's my man.
War boners? lmao...that would be funny , but it's truth, the adrenaline or something like that gives erections? Awesome. It would scare most people to see a crazed naked man running after you with a skull mace swinging his ...swingable parts at you! lollol
What the ♥♥♥♥ are you smoking??? Like...what...I don't even...I hope I'm never around YOU while unconscious! :-p
