War drum sounds

What do you think about impending war drums tribal sounds, warning of a large tribe attack?

I think this would be awesome as a late-game type thing. Like the tribes get together to take you out, and coordinate with drums

i like the idea of drums and chanting in the woods.maybe at fullmoon when the heavy mutants come out of their caves... hope they will implement something like this.

Yeah I think tribal drum sounds far off in the distance, more to taunt you, but not always coming out to get you, more psychological truma, and maybe if you were to sneek up to their camps at night, you'd see tribal war dance around a bomb fire?

I think maybe after you terrorize the cannibals so much to the point of total fear of you, maybe they could uncage some sort of giant (boss-ish?) mutant and have war drums warn of his encroachment.

Make it a very rare occurance possibly so it doesn't take away the quiet terror and make the game super hectic? I don't want this game to be super actiony by any means, but I think something crazy like that would be a fresh change of pace on occasion

What the game needs for true creepiness is a standard forest ambiance of sounds, birds, grasshoppers, wind through the trees, that goes quiet as mutants approach. Would make the game so much creepier than it is now with that music that starts playing when they get close.

perhaps fain drum sounds near their little villages or near caves but it should be kept suddle... as for having them swarm enmass oh hell no I have enough trouble when there is 3-4 of them let alone a swarm
