WOW excellent! how does this work? is it like an invisible wall? must the fire be lit in order to keep them out?
Also, can I walk through the unlit fireplace without it shutting me out?
1) no door (wtfbbq!)
2) cannot sleep
3) cannot save
4) chopped logs clip right through it's walls
After collecting 80(?) logs, you'll still need to build a hunter's shelter. Better spend that much on building defensive walls instead. You'll have a much bigger space too.
1) Yes, you can walk through it a unlit and a lit fireplace.
2) The firepit has to be lit for it to work inside the cabin.
3) Even if you take fire damage from the firepit. It is not significant and the benifit of lighting one in front of the door outways the cost of any health you lose stepping on it
4) If you are skilled you can jump over the fireplae and not be hurt ;P
5) put a hunting shelter in the cabin so you can save or sleep.
go near the beach, and make some moltoves with cloth and alcohol. Might have some better results
