Problems running the game (Motion Blur)

Hello,

I've recently bought the game and when i try to play the game i get a lot of motion blur when moving the mouse. I've tried working through the different settings and if i set it to fastest it makes it just about playable for short periods. I've watched a couple of videos and others don't seem to have this problem. Any advice on how to make the game run a little smoother.

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 6670 2gb DDR3 with HDMI Hyper Memory Upto 3.8gb
PSU Size: 500 Watt Branded Power Supply

Also playing through HDMI cable connected to TV is their a chance that's the fault ?

I hate motion blur in any game personally.

therse should be a option in the game...on main menu go to the option and disable it. i find i have to do that everytime i play or load a game.
