Disable Nudity?

I think the game is great so far, but I really don't appreciate the nudity in it. If there was a way just to put some clothes on the females... well, then I'd play the game and recommend it to friends.

I'm thinking it could just be a toggle option under the pause menu or something. What do you all think?
