how do i kill the six legged creature in the cave?

I have found a cave that if you go into, you can find a six legged creature made from three female human bodys, and i couldnt kill it. i threw molotovs at it and it didnt seem to catch fire and i barely did anything when i stabbed it or cut it. how do i kill it

Heres how to defeat it:
1. Enter the cave
2. Wait for it to spawn
3. See how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scary that thing is
4. Run and hide and nver come back/kill yourself

Bombs kill them, just throw one at each of their feet and they go boom. As far as i have found there are a total of 4 possible bombs in the game, or more accuratly 4 circuit boards you need to make bombs. Two are on the plane when you crash and the other two are assembled bombs which can be found deeper in the cave (keep going past the six legged things until you get to a big underground pool with a group of 4-5 cannibals then you can find them in a passage nearby).

i wasted all my bombs, 56 count them 56 ♥♥♥♥ tails and bashed it with a bladed axe and the damn thing was still walking around tryin to eat me with its vagina

"I loaded the game after having built a successful little settlement for myself only to find the world seemingly devoid of life. No fish, rabbits, lizards, birds or cannibals. After constructing everything in the survival guide I decided to go out looking for food and supplies and to just generally explore the world. After seeing some brutally murdered tennis pros impaled with rackets and tennis balls, I chose to descend into the bowels of one of the islands caves, seeing as how the cannibals were no where to be found. After descending into a chamber with airline luggage strewn about I noticed a boarded up section near the back wall of the chamber. Breaking through this I descended deeper into the cave for several more minutes with only my trusty Bic ligthter to guide me. I could barely see more than a few feet in front of me and after several minutes I was going to turn back. It was then that I came upon what is quite possibly the most terrifying creature I have ever encountered in a game. There are no words to properly articulate the abject horror I felt gazing upon this subterranean nightmare. There was a beautiful symmetry to the creature, like something out of Lovecraft, and a creepiness and otherworldliness I cannot describe. I immediately turned tail and ran like hell as the thing danced around hissing at me with no discernable facial features but it's gaping maw. Apparently I lost my way in the dark and in my fright so that I exited the cave in a different, partially submerged secret entrance. Needless to say, if you turn the lights down low and put on your headphones to venture some cave exploration, bring a fresh set of undies."

Just had to repost this from another thread I posted it on. Glad to see others have already concieved of it's demise. I feel a little braver now to resume my cave exploring.

I used explosives and molotovs and after a stick of dynamite the thing blew into like 20 pieces. Honestly fighting that thing this close to Christmas is more frightening than it should be.

The six-legged creature in question is called "Virginia"
And I've been able to kill it with 4 Moltovs or a single well-placed Explosive, either Dynamite or a bomb.

Once you get the hang of it, the bosses are actually kinda fun to fight. Armsy can knock down trees, so if you're good enough, you can turn him into your own personal deforesting slave.

I did it with my friend in coop a few hours ago. I tried to melee it and almost got killed then remembered I had a bunch of molotovs I'd made beforehand and threw about 4-5 of them at it's feet and let it burn until it extinguished and then reapplied another.
