The game is quite violent and it does have a dash of nudity. Not so bad on the foul language though. I'd say 18+, but I'm an old fart, so what do I know?

Short answer : No, it's not meant for young teens. But I had seen worse at that age, and your brother has probably already seen a ton online anyway.

There is a mutant monster with lady parts (all of them) and there is gory chopping up of the enemy with scenes and imagery of sacrifice and other horrible cannibal stuff.

It's fine for most people but it may be a bit disturbing for someone who isn't used to this sort of thing.

Also, it's in development so it could get even more graphic so be careful, hope that helps ;)

I'd imagine he sees worse when he sits down with his family to watch ABC, or any episode of CSI. I wouldn't buy it for him as it is... because frankly there's nothing really fun to do for more than an hour. But I would definitely buy it for him once it's complete, and it's a real survival experience.

This game does contain nudity (native female have their chests exposed, males are mostly nude) and some pretty hardcore violence (chopping people into pieces, etc). I wouldn't recommend getting this for him. I don't know if Rust has nudity, but perhaps it might be a better route if not.

No, it is true. There is nudity, dismeberment... everything GIANTDAD said. This is really a mature rated game. I would reccomend watching some playthroughs on youtube. Good luck!

Rust was released where people had their junk just hanging out. I think the Steam version now has it censored, though.
