The Forest MAC!
The game forest must be on mac and pc because many user have mac and want to play this game

Hi Tropas,

Tried this game on one of my Wineskin Wrappers on my Macbook and with a little tweaking I (at least) got it to start and play. So its possible to play this on mac already. But you definately need a dedicated graphics card and lots of processing power to get it to work. Because on my machine, it runs very poorly. So I'll just use Windows instead. Or, you can always try bootcamp.

That depends on the Hardware. What specs do you have and what Mac OS?

Also I havent done a lot of testing with this yet, so maybe it works, maybe it won't (for you), but as far as Wineskin goes, you need at least double the amount of the minimum requirements to play this on low settings. But that is just a guess.

Bootcamp works great for me and I'm running the forest on a 2010 imac with an ATI Radeon 4670 256mb graphics card, I have the games graphics settings turned to medium and it works just fine. When it comes to a mac for gaming, an imac is your best bet.

How can you make such a claim, do you know every Mac user personally?

Bootcamp or Wineskin will solve your problems.

Not sure what indie has got to do with porting a game to a different platform. Every second indie game studio is able to do that and they did for a bigger userbase and because they can.

They use Unity3D. As Far as i know there are not so much things to Change for a Linux/Mac Build. Sometimes 3 klicks and it runs. But i dont know thier Code. Mayby it isn't that Easy

meh why bring up a dead thread. the kid's name is bryan ♥♥♥♥♥♥. not ever gonna get a reply or feedback. the majority of gamers own pc. owning a mac is useless for gamers since most games are for pc.

im new here to know whos active & whos dead, even tho, almost every game on pc can be played on mac..so yeah mac is great for gaming
