Does anyone know what the circuit board is used for?

Some of you may have found the 2 circuit boards. You may not know what do use it for like me...

Some of you may not have found the boards yet. They are located on the plane door you can pick them up.

They appear to have no uses but you can put them combine them on the comination table.
Has anyone figured out what the combine with and what it us they craft?
