Mouse Sensitivity - Too High!

Has anyone found a work around in the game files to lower the sensitivity even further? Even at the lowest it's far too sensitive for my liking.

I never got into DayZ or Rust, but I am enjoying this game quite a bit beyond the saving issue (a "slight" problem) and the mouse sensitivity. It runs great on my rig at max/high settings. Yet to crash or freeze *knock on wood*

Again, any tips regarding the sensitivity would be appreciated!

Do you have a DPI button on your mouse? if so use that to lower the sensitivity.

I do not. Have some standard Microsoft wireless mouse. But thank your for taking the time to suggest that.

I have the same problem. I have to lower the sensitivity in Windows every time.

i guess u just need to go to options and find someing like mouse somthing and do its hight or low how u need and i remeber i play other game and i press Insert ir page down i dont remember and its get to soo slowly then i search on my keyboard and i foud how to do that to normal.

I had that problem also but I just adjusted the DPI button on the mouse, but if you don't have one with that button I really cannot suggest anything else

On Win7 rt click on desktop and select preferences/, change mouse pointers on the left column/ pointer options tab then mover the slider to change speed.

This will change your speed in everything and probably annoy you to change every time you want to play The Forest.

Nice, it was written more than a year ago, and the situation is the same. I just bought the game yesterday, but this mouse over sensivity is the same s**t. Will this game remain in 'Early Access' forever?

ha well walk in my shoes for a bit its 2018 over here ands they STILL haven'ts fixed this lmao. how hard is it really to fix that issue.....
