How to craft a spear!

I don't know if you can. You can, however, find a simple spear (a sharpened stick) at fish ponds, and use it to kill fish.

My guess would be to find a rock and a stcik, Very common, and shape the rock into a spearhead and combine the both. You can also make a simple spear by just using a stick

Hit the stick on a rock and it gets sharp.

I have yet to ever get a stick to sharpen....
Best bet, go to the beach at the camp. One is there in the ground by the tent.
Or you will find one or two at the fishing ponds, standing on the edge.

You can't craft a spear sadly :( You can only find them near ponds / or on the beach.
