Technically, your on a "smallish" island, theres not alot of content to worry about, other than the norm which is -: AI, Textures, Models etc....but there isnt like 10+ enemy types & 15+ skins etc etc.
I expected the file size to be small, but its the impact of the gameplay im keen on.
Remember guys, they compress the game before they upload it to steam so the size of the game when you download it is smaller than the game files generated when you start the game.
Titanfall made the mistake of not compressing the game, and it came to a whopping 30 Gigs.
Agreed %100. But isn't there a vast underground cave system?
Less vast than the surface. I think vast is the wrong word, it's probably not as big as people would imagine, but I'm sure it will be big enough, with plenty of time to expand throughout the alpha.
