It's a female to male transgender. Seriously though it's a man, they said they would add the option to be female later on. Although i think it'd be better if they left the gender of the character unknown, that way you are the character so it would be whatever gender you are.. There's no voice or anything, and it's not like you're gonna be rocking a bark minidress instead of pants &a shirt cuz you're female.
