How to play on a Microsoft Surface Book

I just downloaded this game and it is super laggy and everything blurs when I move. Is there anything I can do to be able to play? I am obsessed with this game but don't own a PC to play.

Sadly not, you need a good GPU to play this game otherwise it will be really laggy.

I play on a Book 2. I turned off blur in the settings and it plays pretty smoothly. I tried to have high quality graphics settings to begin, but it was pretty laggy. I went to low quality and it looks more or less the same to me and performs much much better. There may be a dramatic difference between book 1 and book 2 performance. I also bought my Book 2 with a lot of upgrades on it since I know I wanted to use lots of intensive engineering software and play games.

Why people even try to play games that need some hardwarepower without decent hardware. I will don't get it my entire life..
