Temp Shelter stuck

I tried makign a temp shelter in dead cave and now I can't either see the shelter to continue building it and I can't get rid of the gather leaves and sticks off the hud. how do I get rid of this?

It's in the opening near the pit after you pass the guy with a bible and dynamite

Does it not show the hammer icon when you are in range?

it shows the hammer icon when im the caves but when I get to the place I think was able to place the shelter it's not even there

Maybe a dumb question but did you try to verify the integrity of your game files?

so have you placed the shelter when you were outside the cave next to the dynamite? if so, that isnt inside a cave anymore and you cant place some stuff on that opening or when you are on top of sinkhole and try the same on the edge, the shelter will glitch into the groud, simply dont build there, you can always use dev mode to cancel all blueprints

thanks that is exactly what is up with the blueprint. I jsut have never used devmode and am worried it will ruin my save file.

devmode wont mess up your save i use it all the time, only way to bring up the realtime stat tracker thing with f3 just dont spawn everything you want or will make the game much less fun

you know if devmode with disable achievements if activated on a save file?

pretty sure you will still get achievements even if it is on, also if you save with it on it will not be in devmode if you reload the save unless you turn it back on

kiwi sounds like your end never really had any problems other then crashing when alt tabing to much. is it crashing right when you start or after gameplay? would say try verify integrity of game files if haven't all ready, can also try going into where it is instailed and try running the 32bit exe file
