How do I turn cheats on??

I already looked all this stuff up and tried it, but the problem is I can’t press f1 because I’m using I think a windows 11 computer, so whenever I press f1 I am directed to the help windows thing on bing. So like is there any alternative way to turn it on?

Shouldn't happen if you're running a full screen application. Are you by chance running the game in window mode?

no, its fullscreen
its like that with any game (except for skyrim for some reason)
i think i mightve figured it out but i still have to try it out bcus i just woke up (was looking up how to change function keys and mightve found sumn)
