What is that little white buoy thing out in the water

ive been looking for the sailboat for the last 4 days and i cant seem to find it.

Someone said it spawns out in the water so i been walking out a ways to see if it spawns and it dont. However i do see this white marker thing in the water that kinda looks like a buoy.

I have tried to swim out to it but it keeps moving away from me and i cant get to it. Anyone know what that is or where the sailboat is.

I would like to get the cassette player for energy more than anything else. Thanks

With my setup the first thing I see of the sailboat is white dots just above the surface of the water. You do have to do a lot of swimming to get to it. I have a very hard time finding it because I have to swim so far out to even begin seeing it.

hmm maybe that buoy thing is the boat way the hell out in the water. doesnt seem worth the swim imo, thanks tho

That white bouy thing is not the boat. i have tried to swim to whatever it is and you will hit the edge of the map and be stopped before you ever get close.

o ok thanks for telling me, i was about to head out there, i kinda figured it was a map marker since i could never get close to it, it just kept moving away when was swimming to it.
