Seriosly, how to turn off music

Really? I know this is "early access" which the subject itself is up for debate but.....

What is up with NOT having the ability to turn off stupid music. Maybe I'm rare but I turn off all music on all games. The reason you ask? If I was running around in world of cannibals or whatever the hell comes at me I don't want atmospheric music. Devs put in a damn slider for volume, should have went the extra length to put in a music mute button as well.

Just bought, 10 minutes in and I'm not coming back until stops with all the music. Dag nabbit.

why would you complain about something so irrelevant?

first ... the game is pre-alpha so features will be limited. second ... who cares? just ignore it and move on.

It would be a nice option but it's not a priority. I have to manually lower the sensitivity of my 6,400 DPI mouse everytime I play, but I just do it because it's not that big of an issue.

the ability to configure sound and mouse is a much needed feature

You can change the controls. Just hold control and double click the game in your library and a new window will pop up that allows you to make changes. Make changes then click play you your in the launch screen. I've found you have to enter the game this way every time otherwise you get into the game and you have the default settings.

There's a lot of "irrelevant" stuff that people complain about with this game and this one is no less "irrelevant" than those. I think it's definitely a good point, imo.

did you even read OP's post? he's been playing for 10 minutes and a bit of music sweeps in (which only happens when you're in a mutant habitat). music only plays in 2% of the entire game.

this is amongst the silliest of things to complain about. but best o' luck with your "worst forum on steam" victimhood. let us know how your therapy goes since you've been so heavily traumatized.
