I don't think the geese lake is a good option since it's located upon the water surface, where the cannibals cannot reach you.
Try building near their camps, kill them even in the daylight.
Be the hunter, not the hunted.
Build effiges, use lots of fire.
Eventually they will spawn. I had them coming into my base on day 2, the welcoming party was made of one armsy and 2 blue virginias. My base is near the camp where they drag you the first time you're captured, which is also very near a cave entrance.
Same here. I really look for a "hardcore mode" in the near future.
Anyway, thanks for your tips, lads. I'll do as you say and wish for the mutated horrors to come and try to get me.
Are you kidding me? I'm overrun with mutants and the big ones at that. I have to play Iron Forest just to keep my base from constantly being destroyed.
Just so you know, I tried three bonfires near my base, it gave me some challenge : on only one night, I butchered 20+ natives. Free bones ftw. Gonna try the bombs and the dynamite deforestation to attract the baddies.
Seems as though it is repeating itself, odd.
Haha, thats really weird.
