The cassette player is just one of the more convenient on-the-go solutions to stamina management, with the perk of technically having no cost (except the repeating music that can drown out the sound of incoming enemies but as you mentioned, that can be turned off). Little surprised it doesnt at least need batteries though, that one would make sense and limit its use a little.
It’s good to know that even in hard or survival, it’s not too different. Not like I would play those difficulties because I am a bit of a “cat” and I’d rather have more fun than difficulty in my gameplay, but any information learned about hard and survival is always knowledge well learned.
I haven’t tested this myself but it’s what I heard, haha.
energy mix+ actually has a big benefit in hs. it replenishes ALL energy INSTANTLY. this is insanely good in a combat situation. the tape player would simply take too long compared.
regular energy mix is trash tough. no clue why that even exists. its way worse than the + version.
this is correct. it does lure them in. not as good as the artifact of course but still.
