Raccoon and Boar

Is the spawn bugged? It seems each place I go to search for Boar it spawns only 4 and then stops. I also can't find Raccoon in anywhere, what's up with that?

Look around geese lake at night for racoons they are all over but only come out at night.

Boar should be up in the area where the snow begins. Theres a cannibal village in the north west of the map with a waterfall I usually find boar around there.

If you are on hard survival the spawn rate of animals is rough.

i have see racoons in the day time no mods or hacks think was around east coast

I tend to find at least one raccoon in the fertile lands even on hard survival. As for the boar, it's also just a bit north too of the aforementioned area (though in a cold area and it seems like you're trying to craft a warm-suit). Boars also spawn around the left part of the map around the north.

I see a lot of racoons in the snow areas. Also I think Racoons have greater chance to spawn during the night.
