Damn man, good job. I'm just starting on my first fort are and it is very time consuming... Any tips on getting logs faster? My fort is being build on the shore, so running back and forth for wood is very repetitive.

After you chop the tree, but before it falls over, you can push the logs and make them fall in the direction you want it to. This makes it way easier especailly if your near a hill and can let gravity do the work for you.

I read your comment before, I wasn't asking about resources I meant did you use cheats when building i.e. defensive walls as I could never build them above ground level or stack them on top of other walls henceforth I cheated :)
Maybe there's a way of doing this legit that I'm unaware of?

you can stack defense walls on all custom except other defensive walls, it is glitched tho when placing it the ghost image will no set or look like its iin place but if you press e itll stack. just look up and it should place it

You say that your trees don't grow back (something I've never seen happening myself, either), but I also don't see any tree stumps next to the fort.
All the original trees still seem to be standing there — so where did you get all the lumber from???
