How to make bow/arrow

I do not know how to make the bow and arrow, I know it is pretty broken right now, but is their like another survival guild book or something? I do not see it in it.

I think you're confusing crafting with building. Crafting is all done from your inventory screen, you need to right click on objects and they will be put in the middle of your inventory (right click them again to remove the object). If you have the correct formula then a gear will appear. Right click on that and you will create an object at the expense of the materials needed for it. Here's a few recipies you should know including the ones you want to know.
Alchohol + Cloth = Molotov (If you equip something else while holding a molotov it will drop on you and burn you, so be wary)
Aloe Vera + Marigold = Medicine
Coins + Alchohol + Circuit Board = Explosive
Cloth + Rope + Stick = Bow
5 Feathers + Stick = 4 Arrows
