Cheat or God mode ? ( or infinite logs, creative mods )

thats just for peaceful mode, there are ppl creating mods for it tho im not sure if theyve made mods for 0.05 update

Not sure, but why play if you don't want to actually play? At this point in the game's development, that's about all one can do, besides take out some cannibals and/or explore.

Personally I don't understand game "cheats", but that's me.

me either i dont like to "God mode" in any game it takes out the fun alot faster.

Well unless u like to build I wouldnt if I were you, every update saved games no longer work. So that "city" poof gones. Best to build a fort around 100 logs wil build a nice one, and maybe a few secluded camps, other wise explore & trap :D

To be fair, god mode and give item commands are actually common in most games for the debugging process - we'd be able to find glitches with the building process a lot faster if we didnt have to spend an hour chopping down a forest to build stuff. Dont misunderstand, I'm not against playing legit but we'd be able to spot gravity defying objects a lot sooner.

TemplarGFX releases his "rebalanced" mod that brings in God mode and Creative mode which allows you to build everything without any resource collecting. However, I'm not sure if he's released his mod for 0.05 yet.

The screen where the two heads and the title "The Forest" appears alongside the options to Start/Load/Options. etc. Type it there.

just type it, the the heads will turn to blue flowers, that way u know the code worked
