Doesn't matter lol, your Steam profile itself isn't private so anyone can just hit "join game" from there :P

I just tested out, you can knock one player out, help him up, repeat 10 times, no matter the progress always shows 1/10, but at last you get the achievement, hope this helped.

You need to restart game to see progress.
This game doesn't have real time updating ;D

Sorry MadTom, but i wasn't asking how to get the achievement, i just didn't have anyone to do it with. But luckily someone eventually joined my server and helped me get the achievement.

You will have more luck joining random server and camping on spawn + killing person -> revive -> kill again -> etc (just like I did)
