Get down in the sinkhole, lots of caves. You have to be well prepared for it.

STEP 1: get proper gear and armor to get ready for your adventure
STEP 2: acquire scuba gear (cave is located a little bit away from the anchor on the beach)
STEP 3: get the keycard (located in cave extremely close to the shipping containers)
STEP 4: find a way into the sinkhole (its a cave in between the sinkhole and the river)
STEP 5: swim at the bottom of the little pond in the middle of the sinkhole
STEP 6: fight h e r
STEP 7: unlock creative or dont if you're a loser

Don't forget the climbing pick. Technically not essential but this is a newer player who probably doesn't know how to jump bypass those sections.

There is this insane speed run were this guy glitches through the cave walls and finishes the game without even finding Timmy.

he could simply use command to skip timmy, because cave walls glitching alone won't allow to reach the shoot-down-plane-machine, you need the elevator and key from boss

but generally it's easy to speed run under 30min even on highest difficulty without commands
once you use commands you can do it under 2min

5:38 he uses gold keycard ;d the one from boss

also it's the old version, back when you could mitigate to 0 any fall dmg and have constant auto-heal (currently not all fall dmg can be mitigated, only most of it)
if you tried to recreate it on current version... you would fail ;D
+ devs were also constantly fixing this falling throught the walls, so those might not be there anymore

I wouldn't be surprised if he modded some stuff
it seems that he forced plane to spawn in specific location instead of random one
