I haven't had that problem with the pre-fab log cabin, but I have had the issue when I custom build my own structure and use the hole cutting tool in any part of the ceiling

I haven't played in a while but I have the same issue. if it rains I get cold and wet in my pre-fab cabin. I had to build a fire pit inside. It wasn't like that when I first started paying during early access and I never thought to verify game files. I might try that and see if it fixes it.

try building a custom roof on it. that might be why its not keeping you dry

This used to not be an issue, I'm not sure exactly when it started happening.

the log cabin is the only one that keep you dry no matter how far you are from the fire but it need a fire inside ofc, it always has

Well, if I place a fire in one corner and move to the other, I start getting wet and cold.

Anther reason why the log cabin sucks, is if I drop a log inside it warps out of the cabin.
