Do bow/melee headshots on players and cannibals do more damage?

Not as far as I have witnessed. If it does, it isn't much. Sure isn't an instakill anyway. I agree that it should be instakill for cannibals as right now you're best just ignoring everything except for fire arrows.

However if you can hit a cannibal without them noticing you, you can often get a stealth instakill on them with any weapon.

Yes, it actually does more damage. I notices that 2 headshots killed an enemy, while 1 HS and one in the chest didn't.
But seriously...aiming this good isnt possible in most situations, so just make sure you hit anything of the enemy
