How can I remap mouse buttons?

Unfortunately I am disabled with MS and cannot click the left mouse button without it getting painful. Tried remapping the keybinds in game but there is no option to remap the mouse buttons. I then dug around online and found that it might be possible through the "startup box". I've tried remapping Fire1 to the space bar but it doesn't work.

Am I out of luck with this game? It seems strange that I cannot remap a basic function like the left-click fire button in this game. I can't think of a game I have where I cannot remap that function.

You can do that with the mouse software, assuming you have a modern mouse.

Or you can switch the left/right buttons with windows mouse settings.

... I'm mad too that they removed all the binding options, i always had Q as secondary fire, since it got tiring chopping down trees.

also want to remap secondary fire to right alt cant even when I change input on launcher

As X33STORM says you can via software instead. Mouse binds were supposedly stolen for VR controls to use. Check out this software to remap RM to press W key for example i.e. walk forward. https://www.autohotkey.com/

For some reason it has ~3 second hold to remap Shift, Alt, etc, those kinda odd keys.
