Multiplayer was added in to satisfy players.
I guess knowing that headshots exist helped LUL
And that's why it's not single player anymore.
Multiplayer ruins the game actually and its only good after you have explored everything on your own.
Multiplayer takes away the entire feeling of the game :p. Thats why i would suggest new players figure everything out on their own or at least finish the ending(s) then open up to multiplayer to have fun with friends.
Whats the point in playing a survival horror game if your not alone? I dont see how anyone could get the same feeling knowing they have a friend with them.
consoles don't like to crossplatform with PC, it costs a lot to crossplatform them (pay ps4 to allow crossplatforming etc)
games developed by small teams won't be able to do this (the forest for example)
This way you can simply ask if game has small team of developers and you know that they won't be able to crossplatform :D Less money wasted
