[Solved] Windowed Fullscreen

How to enable ?

To be findable via search

# Black
# Fullscreen
# Windowed Borderless
# Resolution

I take it u mean "Windowed Borderless"? If so, the game doesnt supply the option, BUT u can do it via the Launch Options. To do that, go to your Steam game library, right click The Forest, properties and "Set launch options..." and in that, type -popupwindow and OK that and close it. Now, start the game and in the "The Forest Configuration" window, tick the "Windowed" box, before u get into the actual game.

My sollution was/is https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases
so i can start the game with the wrong settings (cant start a 1920x1080 Window)
and this external programm forces the game into a 1920x1080 Borderless Window.

Its a Joke that a game want to force you using Fullscreen and deactivate your other screens.
Without that programm i would have refunded the game

Not sure why your other screen gets disabled or goes black when the game is full screen. Glad you found a fix though.

There are more launch commands u can put in, including resolution size and monitor to launch it on. I can show u if u want to know?

I use this as well but it doesn't work for every game Including the forest and when you do force it, its off center
