For more direct hunting, slingshot and bow are good for ranged hunting but you usually do have to spot them from afar and aim it well. The spear can also be thrown but it has a long enough range you can usually stab them instead (though spear is a preferred method of deer hunting for most since it one shots them when thrown). Lizards aren't quite as fast as rabbits and they tend to stop running after a few feet so if you can keep track of them they can be easy to chase down. Luckily both rabbits and lizards spawn in a few areas with very little foliage which makes them significantly easier to locate and keep track of. I tend to hunt using the katana due to it's long range but that takes some getting used to and basically boils down to sneaking as close as possible before they notice you then charging them like a madman until you get in range to smack them.
Lizards aren't that hard to catch. They move slower and are bigger targets than rabbits. You have to sneak up on them to get them as unlike rabbits, they don't run immediately. I always find lizards easier than rabbits.
For seeds, you have to eat (or collect) blueberries, aloe vera, and coneflowers. I believe collecting them works but I might be wrong on that part.
Lmao you nail them? 😄
Hell yes . i play in VR the aim may be easier.
