Cant pusch the storyline

I clear all caves and on the "things to do" list its all marked except "find all passenger" and "find Timmy". My question is: Do I need to find all passengers to pusch the story in the game ?

You don't. Finding the passengers will grant you an achievement, though.

there is even no need to explore every cave, just find door and pass card.

I found that door. I search all caves very careful but never found any card.

Ok I search in google and now I know where is that card. Its odd bicouse I search that area twice and found only camera.

You might also need the rebreather and climbing axe to reach the final cave, since there is a long underwater tunnel and a wall that requires said axe.

I write above so I explore every cave and found the door. Yesterday I go back to the cave for that acces card and finished the game. Btw its hard to see that card middle of many dead bodies. Thx for answers.
