Do chanterelles and puff mushrooms exist? If so, where?

Yeah. It'd be nice if someone shed some light on the situation. I'd rather not spend another 4 hours running around the entire playable area if these two mushrooms are bugged and do not even exist in the game.

Almost dead center of the map is a cannibal village with two huts. One of the two huts has a pair of ropes in it. (Theres actually two seperate spots the plane can crash right next to this particular village.) Theres a cave entrance to Cave 2, the hanging cave, right next to the village. Around that cave are five chanterelles mushrooms.
South of the large frozen lake is the northewestern cannibal village. Pretty much as far northwest as you can go without actually getting into the snow. Between that village and the entrance to cave 7, the chasm cave, to the village's east. There's ten chaneterelles mushrooms growing sporadically and all spread out.

As for the puff moshrooms, that's what I'm here on the forum for. They have been bugged and don't spawn for a great number of versions of the game. But since the game is in full release and now five bug fix patches into said full release at that, I was really hoping that that bug would be fixed by now. ESPECIALLY since its tied into an achievement.

I'm hoping someone has found them and can tell me where they are.

And before anyone says the mushrooms in the frozen lake are puff mushrooms, they aren't. Those are deer mushrooms. Farket once thought they were in an old video, but he's corrected himself since then. I just got the warm suit and checked in this full release version; they're deer mushrooms.

i have another problem --'
i can find chanterelle mushrooms but they don't appear as marked in survival book :'( is it normal?
i tried looking at them very closely, staying there for somes minutes, running around, picking them, eating them... but still gey on the book

Tried picking them up with a pouch? Might be bugged if your playing mp

Yes, i tried with pouch as i have 9 in my inventory. And yes i'm in mp :s

i think i'll try on another save to see what happens. I have the same trouble with fireweed, horsetail, thistle, and the yellowtang fish

Mushrooms can change thier varity after a relog. They will spawn all the time in the same places but can change.
