Where is the head part of the plane?

Before this game still in early access, I found the head part of it and respawned the flare gun because you can respawn as much as you want.

BUT, when this game is out of early access, the head part disappeared from the point I found it.

Does anyone know where it is? or the dev wipe this thing out of this game?
