Does Red Paint respawn?

Seems like a bit of a pain if there's a finite amount and you can't craft it. Don't go swimming or have to wash yourself lol.

I have been playing multiplayer with a friend and some of the red paint has yet to respawn despite several saves and loads. Things seem to be weird on what is shared and what does and doesn't respawn in multiplayer. The pots respawned...

multiplayer may be different, i don't know. anyway, it's not a big deal. cannibals are pretty weak. the only enemies you have to worry about are the mutants and red paint doesn't work on them

It does seem to respawn it was just acting weird. And the red paint was more just to hopefully reduce the hassle of having to deal with them.
