Green bar next to my health?

I notice a green bar net to my health thats going up day by day can someone please explain what this is

Left side of the circle inner bar is red heath, outer dashes are armor differ colors for different armor. Right side of circle. Light blue stamina dark blue is energy. Stamina will fill as high as energy level recharge energy with berries, candy, soda or sleep.

Infection's not a big deal. Lowers your strength by 15%, which isn't a major loss.
