Item Respawn in normal-mode

Hey,

playing Forest in normal mode. Cleared some caves and wondering if and when they respawn. Same with Package. Do they respawn?
Items across the map, like Fuel. Does it respawn aswell. When?

When Trees respawn (got that option on), do they respawn in 2 steps. Mean first small Tree (where sticks get from) and growing later. Or do they spawn as a full tree directly?

Items respawn when you reload your save.

Suitcases on the surface don't respawn anymore. They used to, but that's long gone. Only in caves.

And as Dutch said, each time you reload or leave / enter a cave. So if you want unlimited cloth for instance, make a temp shelter in a cave with luggage and collect, save, load, collect, rinse and repeat.

10% of the trees regrow when you sleep in game if you leave the stumps.

Fuel should. Maybe not at all locations, but the ones in the main village do for sure. And in caves anyway. Dunno, don't use the chainsaw

Stuff in caves respawns if you leave and reenter the cave except for the chainsaw.
Some of the boxes on the island respawn too. For example the modern arrows in the film crew camp (not sure if you have to reload or if enering a cave is enought for that).
