But first make sure you've set eye adation to dx11 in the display options. This opens more options for cave, night and day brightness and contrast.
In the graphics options i have all on the highest except antialiasing at medium, due to issues and blurry textures with taa. Fxaa gives you a bit sharper textures in that case, unless it's fixed, wich i doubt.
Again, other things like ocean quality, motion blur, bloom, film grain, color grading and also volumetric clouds depend on your personal taste.
Just try what looks best in your opinion. You can change everything around while you're in game.

The older versions of the game look WAY better. Personally the game looked better in its first year before i even played to before they even nerfed it. Now it just looks like crap compared to what it was. Kinda pissed me off because i had just upgraded my pc right before the gfx nerf lol.
