How do I light a Dynamite?

For the life of me, I can't seem to simply light my stick of dynamite. I found a rock pile in a Tribal Camp; and it says to use a dynamite stick on it, to blow it up. Something underneath it.

The rubble pile allows me to 'place' a stick on it... un-lit. Pointless.
I know how to throw a stick at something. But I can't light it. My lighter is out; and I tried pressing Left button mouse, which throws the stick. And the Right button mouse does nothing. My middle wheel mouse button also does nothing.

Can someone help me solve this please.

Equip the Dynamite and press "L" to light the Dynamite.

Hm. Normally that just takes out my Lighter. But I will try that.

I think you have to keep press the 'L' button to light the dynamite, as you do for lighting a fire for example. I use diverent keys so i don;t know what button you need to press for the lighter to keep it pressed, I think it is E though but not sure. Might want to open the survival manual for it.
