"Explore Lawyer's Cave" not scratching off after going through the whole place?

So I've just finished exploring Lawyer's Cave, getting the camcorder, two tapes, keycard, and fortune, but it isn't scratching off my list. Is this a known bug?

I remember that some cave didn't get cleared even though I knew I had explored them all.
Then I reached the bottom of the sinkhole and that cave suddenly registered as cleared.
