Want to play The Forest from another PC

I'm out of home for few days and I would like to continue playing The Forest. I didn't copy the saves from save game folder, is it possible to restore them on another PC, through steam cloud, and how do I do that?

Nope. Saves are stored on your pc.

if you had steam cloud enabled on both computers; try saving in a blank file on the new computer; it might joggle things into place somehow

Nope. Saves are stored on your pc.

Not true. I built myself a complete new PC and when I installed Steam and the forest my save games were there. If you have save to cloud enabled you should be able to log into your steam account on the other PC and get your saves. You will have to download and install the forest on the other PC though so it probably isn't worth it if you are only away for a few days
